My Mom owned and operated various Furniture & Appliances Stores and Antique Shops in Allentown Pennsylvania, and my Dad was a Traveling Evangelist who drove and preached all over the Southeast USA, carrying at truck load of folding chairs, a tent that seated 250 people, musical instruments and gimmicks of the "miracle man" trade. I worked for my Mom & Dad since I was 7 years old. Working hard and helping my family achieve the American dream, while perusing my won dream of becoming a great Chef.
I made my career dreams come through, got married, left home, over our 35-year careers in the hospitality industry, my wife Lissy Cologne and I were relocated 17 times. We know firsthand the stress, the exhaustion, and the anxiety that comes with packing up your life and moving it somewhere new. We've experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of moving services.
Because of these personal experiences, and after our early retirements, we decided to establish, own and operate our very #MovingdayAssistants service business right here in Valdosta, GA. We called it MUDANZA MOVING - Labor & Packing.
Today, Lissy and I bring our love for family and friends, and our deeply rooted family business traditions, combined with our hospitality backgrounds to show that we care and we are not afraid to serve you well.
